How to Co-Create Relationships of Sovereignty
An open letter to my friends, family, clients, + future clients.
I release you from the burden of you needing to like me.
I release you from the burden of maintaining my boundaries for me.
I release you from the burden of needing to read my mind.
I release you from the burden of having to intuit what I need.
I release you from the burden of not speaking your truth.
I release you from the burden of staying small.
I release you from the burden needing to “fit in”.
I release you from the burden of sameness.
I release you from the burden of avoiding conflict.
I release you from the burden of needing to validate me.
I release you from the burden of stuffing your emotions.
I release you from the burden of toxic positivity.
I release you from the burden of constant “progress”.
I release you from the burden of needing to be “better”.
I release you from the burden of holding your tongue.
I release you from the burden of martyring yourself for me or anyone else.
I release you from the burden of “keeping the peace” that doesn’t allow for peace within your own soul.
I release you from the burden of expectations.
I release you.
I release you.
I release you, because I am sovereign.
I am centered and grounded in my own truth.
I don’t need you to like me for me to like me.
I don’t need you to validate me for me to validate myself.
I don’t need your perception of me to inform my own perception of myself.

You are free. I am free.
And from this place of sovereignty, we get to co-create an entirely new relationship dynamic that’s big enough for the both of us in the fullness of our humanity.
You in?
Step into your sovereignty. It’s time.
